Abstract
A series of thiazolo[3,4-a]benzimidazole derivatives were evaluated in vitro as antitumor agents against 60 human tumor cell-lines. The infl uence on the antitumor activity of the nature and type of substitution on the phenyl ring at C-1 is examined and a preliminary quantitative structure-activity relationships is presented.
