Abstract
Chromatographic investigations (HPLC, TLC) on brotizolam are described . Quantitative determination of the drug from commercial tablets (Lend ormin(R)) was carried out by reversed-phase HPLC method with internal standard technique. Moreover, a stability test of active principle and determination of drug release rates from pharmaceutical formulation i n aqueous solutions at different pH values were performed.
