Abstract
A 41-year-old man developed subacute neurotoxicity associated with int erleukin-2 and tumor necrosis factor therapy for metastatic renal cell carcinoma. Cognitive deficits revealed on neuropsychological testing and frontal lobe perfusion deficits revealed on SPECT resolved after 1 month. Findings suggest possible neuroanatomic and physiologic substr ates of cytokine neurotoxicity.
