Abstract
The paper deals with interaction of gold-organic matter in these aspec ts, (i) leaching of gold from rock samples by water solutions containi ng organic acids or crude oil; (ii) extraction of gold from water solu tions by crude oil and distribution of gold in group components of cru de oil; (iii) mobilization and transportation of gold with generation and migration of petroleum of oil shales; (iv) kinetics of the reducti on of Au3+ to Au0 by bitumen. The results show that organic matter may play an important role in formation of some sedimentary-reworked gold ore deposits by promoting leaching. migration, reduction and precipit ation of gold.
