Abstract
The X-ray crystal structure of the 1 : 1 complex of a tripodal abiotic receptor and cis-cyclohexane-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid is reported; th e 1 : 1 complex is devoid of C-3-symmetry and packs into a multi-colum nar self-assembly.
