Ai. Kosarev et Gs. Trofimov, DYNAMIC INTERFERENCE GRATING NEW TECHNIQUE FOR THE STUDY OF NONCRYSTALLINE FILMS, International journal of electronics, 76(6), 1994, pp. 1023-1028
The results are presented of a dynamic interference grating (DIG) phot
ocurrent study in a-Si:H films. A model and theoretical analysis are g
iven. DIG photocurrent as a function of both temporal and spatial freq
uency I(omega)(omega)), I(omega)(K) have been studied. The experimenta
l curves are in good agreement with the calculated ones. They are used
to determine the magnitudes of the Maxwell relaxation times and diffu
sion lengths for both electrons and holes. The effect of light intensi
ty on the photocurrent is shown to be due to quadratic recombination.
