Abstract
The chemical investigation of three species of Parastrephia genus affo rded: P. lucida:cinnamic acid, umbeliferone, esculetol, genkwanin, his pidulin, gardenin B and apigenin-7,4-dimethylether. P. phyllicaeformis : cumaric acid and 11-[p-cumaroyloxy]-tremetone. P. lepidophylla: 11-[ p-cumaroyloxy]-tremetone and 11-acetyloxy-tremetone. The structure of these compounds were determinated by spectral analysis and by comparis on with previously reported data.
