Abstract
A case of tuberculosis of the foot that was delayed in diagnosis is pr esented. Common pitfalls of diagnostic evaluation as well as pathogene sis and recent epidemiologic trends are discussed. It is hoped that su ch reports will serve to heighten awareness of the return of this migh ty pathogen.
