Abstract
Legislation and regulations on quality control/assurance also affect m edical services in the area of emergency care medicine (primary and se condary provision of care). With the aim of creating a basis for the c ollection of data relevant to quality assurance in the case of seconda ry transportation, a schematic documentation programme for the recordi ng of incidents, events and complications on the basis of the recommen dations given by the DGAI for the field of anaesthesia is presented.
