Abstract
An adult with an asymptomatic mediastinal arterio-venous fistula is pr esented. The diagnosis was established using angiography and oximetry after noninvasive imaging failed to identify the source of a continuou s murmur. The literature is reviewed. (C) 1994 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
