Abstract
The operative treatment of stress incontinence with the Marshall-March etti-Krantz procedure has proved effective. A new, endoscopic modifica tion of this procedure is presented here, based on the principle of ve sico-urethral suspension with fibrin glueing. Open abdominal surgery i s replaced by retziusscopy and a minimal invasive endoscopic intervent ion in the Retzius' cavity.
