Abstract
A survey was sent to the heads of all business schools in Canada to ga ther their views on the desirability of possessing American Assembly o f Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accreditation and the desirab ility of forming a Canadian accrediting agency Responses were received from 26 business school heads, representing slightly more than 50 per cent of the population of Canadian university based business schools. Results show-negative opinions toward accreditation in general, and t oward AACSB accreditation in particular
