Abstract
Mu+SR and Fe-57 Mossbauer spectroscopy on semiconducting YBaCuO reveal that oxygen homogenization leads to an enhanced low-dimensional clust ering of Fe mainly in Cu(1). The magnetic order of Cu(2) is less sensi tive to iron doping than for not homogenized samples.
