Ra. Stiles et Ss. Mick, CLASSIFYING QUALITY INITIATIVES - A CONCEPTUAL PARADIGM FOR LITERATURE-REVIEW AND POLICY ANALYSIS, Hospital & health services administration, 39(3), 1994, pp. 309-326
This article presents a conceptual paradigm by which health care execu
tives and other interested parties can classify and organize the extan

ent within the realm of possible action.
