Abstract
Cytomegalovirus colitis is one of the sequelae of cytomegalovirus infe ction in transplant patients and can be associated with severe consequ ences. This case details the clinical, radiographic, and laboratory fe atures.of this infection in a child after heart transplantation where early recognition and treatment resulted in complete resolution of the disease.
