Abstract
A phytosanitary survey on Vanua Levu island (Fiji) revealed a high per centage of Adoretus versutus larvae affected by an entomopoxvirus. Thi s virus would appear to be a natural cause of mortality in larval popu lations of the leaf-feeding pest.
