Abstract
A fast precision rectifier based on a maximum circuit is Presented. A new circuit technique results in a very sharp comer in the transfer ch aracteristic. A prototype has been fabricated using a 2mum CMOS proces s. Experimental results confirm a small input/output error and low out put distortion for frequencies UP to 1 MHz.
