Abstract
The two classical 90-degrees couplers (Lange coupler and branch-line h ybrid) are not appropriate for frequencies around 1-5GHz. The small 90 -degrees coupler proposed by the authors is the implementation of the Wheatstone bridge in uniplanar transmission lines. It is dedicated to narrowband applications. The coupler is demonstrated at a centre frequ ency of 4GHz.
