Abstract
The velocity slowing of the modified meander coplanar transmission lin e (MMCTL) on current substrates is presented to reduce the size of MMI Cs. A velocity or size reduction factor of approximately 6 has been ob tained in this structure. The theoretical results obtained in this stu dy have been found to be in good agreement with the experimental resul ts.
