Intestinal perforation in human immunodeficiency virus-positive patien
ts due solely tu Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) has rarely been described. A ho
mosexual man with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome-related KS who pr
esented with an acute abdomen is presented. He was found to have a jej
unal perforation through a small ICS redon. There were no infectious o
rganisms identified at the site of perforation.
