Abstract
The capacitive coupling between two microstrip lines crossing diagonal ly above a ground plane in a multilayered dielectric substrate is anal ysed through a quasi-static approach based on the space domain integra l equation method. The typical evolutions of the normalised lumped exc ess capacitances for non-orthogonal crossover configurations are prese nted and numerical results for an' orthogonal crossover are compared w ith previously published data.
