Abstract
Concept of water cooled reactor with fuel elements made on the basis o f HTGR microfuel particles is introduced. Essence of the concept is fu ll warranty of non-destruction of the fuel elements in any hard-accide nt conditions, providing radiational safety of the nuclear power plant under any circumstances.
