Abstract
This paper presents the synthesis and characterization of two new type s of Ru(II) complexes with R3P, R3PO, R3PS, R3PSe (R = tolyl) ligands. Elemental analysis, UV, VIS and IR spectroscopy were employed to esta blish the structure of the complexes studied, a tetragonal structure w as assigned to [Ru(PR3)4Cl2] and a cubic structure to Ru2Cl4(PR3)6.
