Abstract
An analytical method for determination of some saturated fatty acids ( stearic and palmitic) in the presence of unsaturated fatty acids is pr oposed. The saturated fatty acids have been analysed by conductometric titration with lead acetate. The determination of saturated fatty aci ds using lead salts by a polarographic method has been also realized. The obtained experimental results are in good agreement with those of the acid-base titration.
