Abstract
Photoelectric observations in the UBV system conducted during the wint er and spring of 1994 show that the brightness of Pleione has decrease d by 0.03m - 0.06m. This decline is suggested to be associated with a possible new shell outburst. The desirability of performing spectrosco pic and photometric observations of the star immediately after the per iod of nonvisibility is emphasized.
