It is shown that within an effective model of QCD, the Lee-Wick model,
bodies with quark content of mass of the order of 10(-2) to one solar
mass can be formed at a temperature T similar to 1 MeV much lower tha
n the quark-hadron phase transition temperature. This ensures their st
ability until the present epoch, and we suggest that they can be ident
ified with the dark objects observed recently by gravitational microle
nsing.
