Abstract
Multiple lymphomatous polyposis is very tare. We report two cases affe cting duodenum, small intestine and colon/rectum, both with extensive disease, making radical surgery impossible and chemotherapy the treatm ent of choice. One patient died 23 days after initial treatment of myo cardial infiltration, and the other is still alive 21 months after ini tial treatment.
