Abstract
The oxidation of cyclohexane by t-butyl hydroperoxide is catalyzed by binuclear ore-bridged non heme iron complexes.?he effects of varying t he coordination sphere of iron on catalytic activity are studied point ing to the overall charge of the complex being a key factor. An active dimanganese complex is found to be much more robust than the correspo nding iron complex.
