In this investigation, we study the combined effects of a parabolic po
tential and a Coulomb impurity on the cyclotron resonance of a three-d
imensional bound magnetopolaron, under the condition of strong parabol
ic potential. We only consider the case of weak electron-LO-phonon cou
pling and apply Larsen's perturbation method to the calculation of ene
rgy levels. The polaron resonances in a low-lying energy level am stud
ied and certain cyclotron effective masses are calculated. We apply ou
r calculations to GaAs.
