Abstract
A 10-month-old girl had macrodactyly, facial and extremity hemihypertr ophy, plantar cerebriform hyperplasia, a subcutaneous mass on the back , macrocephaly, and lumbar kyphosis. These findings were diagnostic of Proteus syndrome. The clinical features, etiology, management, and po ints of differential diagnosis are discussed.
