Abstract
Renal adenocarcinoma is rare in young people. The prognosis of the con dition would appear to be better in young people justifying a radical treatment rationale even in cases of advanced disease. This report des cribes a series of patients under the age of 30 with renal adenocarcin oma and a review of the literature, The possible mechanisms for the ap parent improved survival of patients in this age group is discussed.
