Abstract
The tetraglycosyl monophosphate 1, hexaglycosyl diphosphate 2 and octa glycosyl triphosphate 3, which are fragments of the phosphoglycan port ion of Leishmania donovani lipophosphoglycan, have been prepared using disaccharide H-phosphonates for construction of the phosphodiester li nkages.
