Abstract
A disordered s-d model is considered and applied for the description o f amorphous ferromagnetic compounds. The partition function is obtaine d in the form of a functional integral over Bose fields. The thermodyn amical potential is calculated in RPA. The magnetization and critical temperature of the ''ferromagnetic-paramagnetic'' phase transition of amorphous compounds with liquid-type disorder are studied.
