Abstract
The clinical and radiological findings in a patient presenting with un ilateral iliofemoral vein thrombosis caused by psoas abscess secondary to diverticulitis of the sigmoid colon are described. The causes of i liofemoral vein thrombosis and psoas abscess are reviewed.
