Abstract
The geological structure, history of development and paleogeography of the Northern Baltic are considerad by the example of the detailed stu dy area AMK-22-V. The clints and deep valleys were examined from subme rsibles ''Mir''. The bottom topography of the study area and Quaternar y deposits were studied with Parasound echosounder. The samples of Ord ovician rocks and Quaternary deposits were examined and described.
