Abstract
Four triacylglyceride hydroperoxides were synthesized by DCC-mediated esterification of a dimethylperketal of 13-hydroperoxy-octadecadienoic acid with glycerides, in which one or two linoleoyl groups were linke d, and by final removal of the protective group with a mixture of THF, acetic acid and water.
