T. Ivanov et al., EFFECT OF THE COULOMB REPULSION ON THE AC TRANSPORT THROUGH A QUANTUM-DOT, Physical review. B, Condensed matter, 50(7), 1994, pp. 4917-4920
We calculate using linear-response theory the admittance of a quantum
dot out of equilibrium. The interaction between two electrons with opp
osite spins simultaneously residing on the resonant level is modeled b
y an Anderson Hamiltonian. The electron correlations lead to the appea
rance of another feature in the frequency dependence of the conductanc
e. For certain parameter values there are two crossover frequencies be
tween capacitive and inductive behavior of the imaginary part of the a
dmittance. The experimental implications of the obtained results are b
riefly discussed.
