Abstract
When the ensemble average of a disordered system is periodic, its thre e-dimensional energy spectrum may have multiple mobility edges. Then s trong coupling yields narrow metallic bands adjacent on wide localized state regions. This leads to a linear temperature dependence of the r esistivity.
