Abstract
A rapid voltammetric method for the simultaneous determination of hypo xanthine, xanthine, and uric acid has been developed at pyrolytic grap hite electrode (PGE). The limit of detection is 10 mu M and the respon se is linear up to 0.5 mM. The relative standard deviation was 0.57, 0 .59 and 0.62% for hypoxanthine, xanthine, and uric acid, respectively.
