Abstract
Low doses and dose rates of ionizing radiation enhance the rate of DNA repair in human fibroblasts and protect the cells against radiation-i nduced micronucleus formation. Chronic exposures reduce the mRNA level s of the genes topoisomerase II and FACC-1 (Fanconi's anemia, group C) .
