Abstract
Six new rrocenyl-1,2,4-triazolo-[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles have been s ynthesized by the condensation of 3-substituted-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2 ,4-s-triazoles with ferrocene carboxylic acid in the presence of phosp horous oxychloride. These compounds were characterized by elemental an alyses, IR, UV and H-1 NMR spectra.
