Abstract
In a recent issue of Biometrics, Cook (1995, Biometrics, 51, 932-945) considered the possibility of applying sequential analysis to 2 x 2 cr ossover trials and made a comparison with more conventional approaches . We believe this comparison to be misleading in a number of respects.
