Abstract
Indirect low frequency (10(-3) - 10(-4) Hz) ocean electric field measu rement technique is discussed. Latitudal component of electric field i s calculated from difference of longtitudal components of magnetic fie ld on the sea-floor and on the surface. A priori information on integr al water condactivity is also utilized. The technique is illustrated b y examples for the Mediterranean sea.
