Abstract
Existence of a new class of nonlinear magnetic excitations, nonlinear internal spin waves (internal solitons) localized in the vicinity of t he interface between two ferromagnets, is predicted. The main paramete rs and the existence conditions of these excitations are obtained. Non linear internal spin waves are shown to have no linear analogues.
