Abstract
In this article we describe two Dutch families with familial hemiplegi c migraine (FHM). In one family FHM co-segregated with cerebellar atax ia. We discuss the relevance of the genetics of FHM for the research i nto the genetics of 'normal' migraine with or without aura.
