A method for the analysis of isonicotinic acid hydrazide (isoniazid) i
n diary products was developed. Isoniazid was extracted with 5% trichl
oroacetic acid solution and concentrated on SPE C18 cartridge with goo
d detection limit: 0.5 mug/kg. The application of this analytic method
on ours manufactured dairy products show the presence of isoniazid on
cream, cheese and butter-milk.
