Abstract
An automatic system for measuring the three-dimensional form of turbin e blades and relevant data processing principles are described. Automa tic tracking between the measured blade and the measuring wheel, as we ll as the measuring procedure, are performed by means of rotation of t he connecting arm, the measuring rod and the blade itself. The systema tic errors created by installing the measured blade can be eliminated by using data processing. All parameters required by the designer can be assessed.
