Abstract
Traumatic aneurysms of the temporal artery are uncommon, with less tha n 200 cases reported in the literature. A case resulting from a head i njury from playing a popular new survival game known as ''paintball'' is presented here. A general review of the literature on traumatic tem poral artery aneurysms is provided, as well as information on this new form of recreation and safety recommendations for ''paintball'' playe rs.
