Abstract
A 75-year-old woman arrived at our hospital 2 weeks after falling from a bus. She was shown to have a ruptured left ureter. After drainage o f a urine collection and decompression of her obstructed kidney she re covered. To our knowledge ureteric rupture has not before been reporte d as a consequence of such minor trauma.
