Abstract
A secreted form of the C-domain of angiotensin converting enzyme has b een expressed from the baculovirus-infected insect cell system. This s oluble enzyme was purified by affinity chromatography and characterise d in terms of its carbohydrate side chains and binding of substrates a nd inhibitors.
